It has been a while since I posted! My laptop battery died, and it would only work plugged in. I haven't really been taking pictures, either. We have been doing lots, like usual for this time of year. Wes has been hunting a lot. He got a big mule deer that, much to my dismay, he is having mounted. I've been busy with Doane and the office. I just played the Nutcracker again this weekend. We did two performances on Saturday, and one today. We had a surprise party on Thursday for mom's birthday. To throw her off, we planned a fake birthday dinner for her for Sunday. She seemed to be really looking forward to it, so we decided to do it anyway, and everyone came out to our house for dinner. It's fun having everyone out. It's a whole new volume level, though, with dad watching TV, the kids playing, everyone else talking! Wow!
Sebastian has really starting taking off walking! He just decided one day that he was going to walk everywhere. And today he stood up all by himself without pulling up on something. He also has started to mimic things we do. He hold the phone up to his, well, not his ear! He puts it to the back of his neck. It's so cute! I'll have to get a picture of that. He gets into the drawers and gets out hair brushes, make-up brushes, etc. and tries to do what I'm doing when I'm getting ready in the morning. We are taking Sebastian in to get tubes put in his ears at the end of the month. Poor guy! He has yet another ear infection right now. Hopefully the tubes will help. We'll keep you posted.
We're looking forward to Christmas this year. I think Sebastian will have fun! We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
